How Caesar Cipher works:

Each letter is shifted by a fixed number of positions in the alphabet. For example, with a shift of -3:
A→X, B→Y, C→Z, etc.

Try this example:

"HELLO" with shift 1 = "IFMMP"

"IFMMP" with shift -1 (or 25) = "HELLO"

Flag format: stemCTF{...}

🧠 Fun fact: Caesar cipher is also known as a"shift cipher" and ROT13 (rotate by 13) is the most famous variant where A↔N, B↔O, etc.
